Web service framework

Jarvis is a web service framework written in Dyalog APL. It exposes APL functions through JSON endpoints or REST-style handlers and provides a browser interface for trying requests. It requires Dyalog APL. Start with the documented sum endpoint, then build a small service around an APL function you already use.
